A
late afternoon thunder storm and shower produced this rather lovely, forgivably
gaudy sunset on Sunday, 4 December 2005.
Yet
another of those bright blue skies that
Europeans flock to see. Note the hopeful appearance
of a small cloud in the top center of the image.
Namibians are optimistic, if nothing
else.
Oh,
wow! This sunrise made the coffee taste
a whole lot better.

the sunset that made the town great! Strangely
enough , the sun looked far larger when the shot
was taken.

in the communities of Acacia and Dolam.
